Nagina International is commited to deliver your order accurately in good condition and always on time. We believe in express expedited shipping and most of your order is shipped within 24-48 hours once the order is placed except on weekend or on public holidays. We deliver to all the locations across the world.

Shipping In India
We use the Bluedart, Delhivery courier company for delivering the products in India. Once your order is processed and packed, we dispatch it and a confirmation dispatch mail is sent to your register email address along with the tracking number.

Domestic Delivery : within 4-5 working days (Excluding weekends and holidays,please plan your
shopping accordingly)

International Shipping
We deliver to every country and region of the world. For international delivery of your product, we use DHL and UPS. Once your payment is confirmed and your order is processed and packed, we dispatch it and a confirmation dispatch mail is sent to your registered email address along with the tracking number.

Refund and Cancellation
We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. The product which we sell we believe that is the best customer can get at the price. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy to the very possible extent but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product.

Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered
If you have received damaged product,wrong item or a product having manufacturing defect, please mail us at returns@nagina-in.com with your order number and couple of pictures of the product conditions within 10 Days of delivery. We will initiate a reverse-pickup on your location and as soon as the product is picked up by our team and delivered back to us then we shall replace the product or issue a full refund if you wish to. (if the pickup is not available at your pincode or location then please send the package back to us and we will reimburse upto INR 100/- as the courier charges). At Nagina International each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer

Return Policy, Return Procedure & Reasons

•   Return Window – 10 Days (Flat) (From The Date Of Delivery)

•   Refund  – As soon as we receive the product from your side along with a valid Tracking receipt From Your Side. We shall refund  you full amount + postage charges or replace the product.

•   Reasons – Damaged, Wrong Product Delivered, Style Or Performance Not As Expected

•   Process – Shoot us an e-mail [nagina.in@gmail.com] with your Order ID, reason for return and product pictures in case of damaged or defective product.

•   Condition – Product should be in original packaging without any scratch or damaged. Any used or scratched product will not be taken back.

Q- Can I cancel the order after I order?

Yes, you can. Cancel the order within 24 hours of your order. We normally ship the stocked items the same day. Hence, please inform as soon as possible. If the item is shipped we will not be able to process the cancellation request.
